Michelle has been in the healthcare industry for 18 years. Her career began by launching the part D prescription program for Medicare. Since then, she has continued to process claims and review revenue for different types of businesses. She has had the opportunity to work in every aspect of the profession from working the front desk to setting up providers on the back end with claims.

Michelle has worked directly for medical billing software companies she's also had the unique opportunity to join a group that designed software targeting the most crucial components of submitting claims. Michelle is specialized in federal plans such as the VA and Tricare line of business.

Michelle is a mother of two children and one fur baby. She spends her free time creating custom shirts and enjoys painting just for fun because she is no good at it. She has a passion for music and strives to understand everyone's background without judgment.
