Family. This one word can often be overused in a business setting to describe a company’s culture, but it could never be more true for the team working at Elevated Billing Solutions. Why?
The Elevated Billing family culture is a special one. Many of us have been impacted by addiction first-hand or continue to experience it with loving family members. This bonds us in a powerful way — and the passion we all hold for helping those who have been where we have been can be felt throughout the entire office. This passion fuels our desire to relentlessly advocate for people in need of treatment and is reflected in our relationships with clients.
Our founders, James Gibson and Jeremy Golesh, started Elevated Billing Solutions in 2011 after recognizing an all too common problem that thousands, if not tens of thousands, of substance abuse treatment centers and related facilities face on a daily basis: INEFFICIENCY. Not only are internal operations negatively impacted with decreasing revenue, but entire staff is often taken away from putting their passion to good use.
We’ve spoken with substance abuse centers in need of billing solutions services and the common trend uncovered was doctors not being able to be doctors, clinicians not being able to be clinicians, and those needing drug or alcohol addiction treatment not getting an adequate amount of attention or therapy needed for a successful recovery. Things simply needed to change — and still need to change for drug treatment centers across the country. That is our goal, our passion, and our mission.
As we work with clients to improve their billing operations and increase company revenue, we in turn help each staff member get back to living their passion as they don’t have to worry about insurance processing or the other mundane tasks associated with getting an addict into treatment.
We firmly believe in our medical billing solutions model working for the vast amount of facilities in the treatment community and hope we can continue to make a positive impact on both the lives of the centers’ staff and the individual struggling with substance abuse.
